A trip to Southampton earns Chelsea trio Cole Palmer (£11.0m), Nicolas Jackson (£8.1m) and Robert Sanchez (£4.7m) their places in the best XI for Gameweek 14 of Fantasy Premier League.

Palmer became only the second player to hit treble-figures in Fantasy this season, with a goal and an assist in the Blues’ 3-0 win over Aston Villa taking him to 100 points.

Meanwhile, Jackson is the most-bought forward in the Gameweek after scoring his eighth goal of the campaign against Villa, snapped up by 391,000+ managers.

The trio are named in a side that lines up in a 3-4-3 formation, with Mohamed Salah (£13.2m) retaining the armband and Palmer again picked as vice-captain.

Robert Sanchez (Chelsea) £4.7m

Chelsea’s goalkeeper has climbed to third place in the goalkeeper standings after collecting his third clean sheet of 2024/25 Fantasy against Villa on Sunday. Sanchez faces a Southampton side who have scored only 10 goals over the first 13 Gameweeks, the joint-fewest in the league.

Gabriel (Arsenal) £6.2m

Arsenal’s Brazilian reminded managers of his huge attacking potential with a goal and an assist in their 5-2 win at West Ham United. Gabriel has also claimed four clean sheets and four bonus points this season, highlighting his many routes to returns at home to Manchester United.

Joe Gomez (Liverpool) £4.8m

At a cost of just £4.8m, Gomez can offer excellent value as a budget route into Liverpool’s defence against Newcastle United. Gomez immediately profited from his first start of the season in Gameweek 13, helping the Reds to their seventh clean sheet in the 2-0 victory over Manchester City.

Leif Davis (Ipswich) £4.5m

A home encounter with Crystal Palace gives the Ipswich Town left-back the opportunity to add to his tally of two assists this season. Davis has been the most creative defender in 2024/25 by some margin, with his total of 31 key passes nine more than any other player in his position.

Mohamed Salah (Liverpool) £13.2m

Liverpool’s talisman is enjoying his best start ever to a Fantasy season, with his nine double-figure hauls already matching his total from the entire 2023/24 campaign. Salah now faces a Newcastle side who have managed only one clean sheet across their last six matches, including a 2-0 defeat to West Ham in their previous home match.

Cole Palmer (Chelsea) £11.0m

Palmer’s 43 shots and 34 key passes are both more than any other Chelsea player, with the latter at least twice the total of any team-mate.

Bukayo Saka (Arsenal) £10.3m

Managers have made the Arsenal winger their top priority for Gameweek 14 after he matched his best Fantasy score ever against West Ham last time out. Saka was involved in four of the Gunners’ goals in the 5-2 victory, scoring once and supplying three assists to earn 18 points.

Facundo Buonanotte (Leicester) £5.0m

The Argentinian boasts strong all-round potential against West Ham, which is Leicester City’s first home match under their new head coach Ruud van Nistelrooy. Buonanotte’s 22 shots, 15 shots in the box and 18 key passes are all more than any team-mate this season.

Ollie Watkins (Aston Villa) £9.0m

A home encounter with Brentford can help the Aston Villa forward improve upon his run of one goal in his last five outings. Encouragingly for his 21 per cent owners, Watkins scored twice in the corresponding fixture in 2023/24 to claim 13 points.

Nicolas Jackson (Chelsea) £8.1m

Jackson is the second top-scoring player in away matches in Fantasy this season, amassing 46 points across his six outings, thanks to five goals and three assists.

Jackson's goal v Aston Villa
Matheus Cunha (Wolves) £7.1m

Wolverhampton Wanderers’ Brazilian boasts prolific away form ahead of his visit to Everton. Cunha has five goals, an assist, 42 points and NO blanks in his previous four appearances on the road.
