Chelsea were the big winners of the weekend after cutting the gap to leaders Liverpool to four points while moving two points above Arsenal in the Premier League title race.
Enzo Maresca's side came back from 2-0 down to win 4-3 at Tottenham Hotspur. It means they took full advantage of Arsenal drawing 1-1 at Fulham and Liverpool's match at Everton being postponed on Saturday due to bad weather.
Chelsea are now unbeaten in the Premier League since losing at Liverpool on 20 October, and are on the longest active winning run in the competition, having won four matches in a row.
The Blues have also now won eight of their last 10 away games in the Premier League and have more away points in the competition this season than any other side, with 19, two more than Liverpool.
All season, Maresca, who took over as head coach in the summer, has ruled his team out of the title race, suggesting this is just the start of his project but that in "five to 10 years" his side could "dominate" English football.
The Italian reiterated those thoughts after the win at Spurs, saying: "We are not ready [to win the title]. We are far from these teams [Liverpool, Arsenal, Manchester City].
"After the game, my message to the players was to be focused day by day, in the next game, because if you start to think about where we are in three or four games, it’s completely wrong."
What do the pundits think?
Glenn Hoddle: "Without a doubt [they're in the title race]. Arsenal are probably the best side at the moment who have got the balance right between defending and attacking. Liverpool might at some stage falter. It's there for anyone to win it. I think they [Chelsea] need a 'keeper. But they're very close to getting a Premier League title gain. Two years ago you'd have laughed at that. Maresca's done a marvellous job."
Ian Wright: "It comes down to an experienced defender, like Thiago Silva. If they've got that experience in the back four then you're starting to look at a proper contender for the Premier League. That's all they need now."
Dan Burn: "I think so [if they're in the title race]. They can still get better. Defensively they've got things they can work on. But they've got so many options. Every time they go forward they look like they can score. I always like to see a settled back four. Arsenal last year had the best defence in the league but they played every minute together. That's what I think Chelsea could improve."
What are the title rivals' next fixtures?
None of the four main title hopefuls have a tough run imminent. Of their next five Premier League matches, for all four at least three fixtures are against teams outside the top 10, with only Chelsea and Arsenal facing two sides in the top half of the table.
