Will Hughes scored his second Premier League goal in as many matches as Watford comfortably beat Newcastle United 3-0 at St James’ Park.
The midfielder opened the scoring when he converted Marvin Zeegelaar’s cross on 19 minutes, adding to his first PL goal scored against West Ham United last week.
Zeegelaar was again involved in Watford's second goal as Newcastle defender DeAndre Yedlin turned the Dutchman’s cross into his own net in first-half stoppage time.
Andre Gray squandered a chance after the break but made amends on 62 minutes when he tapped in Richarlison’s cross to hand Newcastle a fourth straight defeat.
