Harry Kane (TOT)
The Tottenham Hotspur striker has surpassed the 20-goal mark for the fourth season in a row and could beat his best of 29 in the remaining matches.
Mohamed Salah (LIV)
The Liverpool forward has taken the Premier League by storm, equalling the record of 31 goals in a 38-match season with one match still to play.
Raheem Sterling (MCI)
The Man City winger has had his best season to date, scoring 18 goals and providing 11 assists for the champions.
James Tarkowski (BUR)
The Burnley defender has been a stalwart of their backline, helping the Clarets qualify for the UEFA Europa League.
