2003: Arsenal 2-3 Leeds United
Mark Viduka scored a late winner to give Leeds United a crucial win to all but end their relegation fears and hand the Premier League title to Manchester United.
Arsenal, who needed victory to have a chance of retaining the title, twice went behind, through strikes from Harry Kewell and Ian Harte, only for Thierry Henry and Dennis Bergkamp to score equalisers.
But Viduka had the final say two minutes from time with a strike into the far corner that stunned Highbury.
Defeat left Arsenal eight points behind United, with the Gunners having two matches left to play.
Leeds moved three points clear of the bottom three with a vastly superior goal difference going into their final match.
2006: Sunderland 2-1 Fulham
Sunderland made sure they did not claim an unwanted record as they secured a welcome home victory over Fulham.
Goals from Anthony Le Tallec and Chris Brown ensured that Sunderland, already relegated from the Premier League, were not the first team in English league history to end a season without a home win.
Tomasz Radzinski scored a consolation goal for Fulham.
Despite the win, Sunderland remained bottom with 15 points, while Fulham were 14th, 11 points from the bottom three.
