2010: Manchester City 0-1 Tottenham Hotspur
Tottenham Hotspur secured UEFA Champions League qualification for the first time courtesy of a decisive victory over Manchester City.
The winning goal came with eight minutes left to play, Peter Crouch heading home from close range.
Victory against their nearest challengers for a top-four place put Spurs four points clear of City with one match left to play.
2014: Crystal Palace 3-3 Liverpool
Crystal Palace scored three goals in the final 11 minutes to complete an incredible comeback at Selhurst Park and give a serious blow to Liverpool's title hopes.
Joe Allen, Damien Delaney's own goal and Luis Suarez put Liverpool 3-0 ahead after 55 minutes.
But Delaney's deflected strike on 79 minutes started the turnaround which was completed by Dwight Gayle's double.
Although the draw put Liverpool top, they were only one point clear of Manchester City, who had a match in hand.
