2004: Tottenham Hotspur 5-1 Southampton
Jermain Defoe's hat-trick against Southampton helped Tottenham Hotspur to their fourth successive victory.
The England striker first slotted home from Frederic Kanoute's cross and then coolly punished a defensive error, before Kanoute put Spurs 3-0 up.

The result left the north London side eighth on 25 points while Southampton remained in the bottom three in 19th place on 13 points, two points from safety.
