Manchester City scored six times for the second Premier League 2 match running and Nabil Touaizi claimed another hat-trick as West Ham United were beaten 6-4 in Division 1.
Touaizi got a treble in the 6-5 win over Arsenal in their first match and the 17-year-old Spaniard opened the scoring for Man City at the Chigwell Community Stadium.
Benjamin Garre and Touaizi again made it 3-0 but Xande Silva reduced the deficit before half-time for West Ham, who had lost Tunji Akinola to a second booking.
After the break Josh Cullen made it 2-3 but Rabbi Matondo restored City’s two-goal lead.
There were four goals shared in stoppage time, from West Ham’s Alfie Lewis and Oladpo Afolayan and Garre and Touaizi in a thrilling conclusion to the match.
