The Football Foundation has delivered thousands of grassroots football pitches and facilities since 2000, thanks to funding from the Premier League, The FA and Government.
Together with local partner contributions, more than £2.2 billion has been invested in grassroots football.
More than 72,000 grants have been provided to develop projects including more than 1,000 artificial grass pitches and 10,800+ grassroots pitch improvements, as well as over 1,300 changing pavilions.
Over 67,000 FA Affiliated Teams played at Football Foundation funded sites this season, with over 65,000 outside of the National League System.
