Leicester City continued their resurgence with an enthralling 3-2 victory at West Ham United.
The Foxes raced into a two-goal lead in seven minutes, Riyad Mahrez opening the scoring before Robert Huth headed in Marc Albrighton’s cross.
West Ham, who lost both Winston Reid and Pedro Obiang to injuries, pulled a goal back through Manuel Lanzini's sublime free-kick, but Jamie Vardy restored Leicester’s two-goal lead from a corner before the break.
Andre Ayew revived West Ham’s hopes with a second-half strike and, along with Andy Carroll, missed a late chance, but Leicester held on for their third straight Premier League win – and first away from home this season – to move six points clear of the relegation zone.
