Harry Wilson scored the decisive goal to help AFC Bournemouth earn a 2-1 victory over Aston Villa at Villa Park.
AFC Bournemouth went 1-0 ahead in just the second minute when Joshua King converted a penalty after Tom Heaton had tripped Callum Wilson.
They doubled their lead 10 minutes later. A mistake from Douglas Luiz gave the ball to Harry Wilson and the on-loan Liverpool midfielder fired in via a deflection off Tyrone Mings.
Villa captain Jack Grealish came close after the break, but curled his shot narrowly wide.
Douglas made amends for his error on 71 minutes with a superb strike into the top corner, but Villa could not find an equaliser.
