Matt Targett scored a stoppage-time winner as Aston Villa earned a comeback 2-1 victory against 10-man Brighton & Hove Albion.
Brighton took the lead on 21 minutes at Villa Park. Adam Webster headed in Pascal Gross's free-kick for his first goal for the club.
The Seagulls went a man down 14 minutes later, when Aaron Mooy was sent off for a second booking.
After Conor Hourihane had an equaliser overturned following VAR consultation, Grealish did level with his first Premier League goal at Villa Park, bundling the ball over the line in first-half stoppage time.
The winner came in the fourth minute of stoppage time. Grealish played in Targett, who found the corner of Mat Ryan's net.
Villa move up to 11th with 11 points, five positions and two points above Brighton.
