Wolverhampton Wanderers extended their unbeaten Premier League run to four matches with a 1-1 draw against Southampton at Molineux.
Raul Jimenez’s third Premier League goal of the season earned a comeback point for the hosts as he converted a 61st-minute penalty after Matt Doherty had been brought down by Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg.
Danny Ings scored for the fourth consecutive match to put Southampton in front on 53 minutes when he capitalised on a Conor Coady slip to beat Rui Patricio with a low shot.
Jimenez twice put the ball in the net for Wolves in the first half but both efforts were disallowed with the help of the Video Assistant Referee (VAR).
His handball was spotted in the build-up for his first effort on 28 minutes before Patrick Cutrone was ruled offside prior to Jimenez's close-range strike just before half-time.
Southampton are 17th on eight points while Wolves are 12th on 11.
