Morgan Gibbs-White scored his first Premier League goal as Wolverhampton Wanderers came from behind to beat a Brighton & Hove Albion side who had two players sent off.
Brighton would have secured safety with a win and they went ahead on 13 minutes when Lewis Dunk headed in a Pascal Gross corner.
But Brighton's captain went from hero to villain shortly after the break as he was shown a straight red card for bringing down Fabio Silva when through on goal.
Wolves brought Adama Traore off the bench and the winger equalised after 76 minutes, playing a one-two with Silva and smashing beyond Robert Sanchez.
Gibbs-White then missed a big chance but made amends in the 90th minute when he found the top corner to secure a first Wolves top-flight victory over Brighton and move them on to 45 points in 12th position.
Brighton, who had Neal Maupay sent off after the final whistle for foul and abusive language, are 15th on 37 points, 10 above 18th-placed Fulham who have four matches left.
