Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg scored one goal and assisted another for Harry Kane as Tottenham Hotspur moved into the top six with a 2-0 home win over Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Fabio Silva missed two first-half opportunities for Wolves, testing Hugo Lloris with a low shot before dragging a shot wide from an identical position on 29 minutes.
Kane, who had earlier struck a post, deservedly put Spurs ahead just before half-time.
He latched on to Hojbjerg’s superb through-ball and rounded Rui Patricio for his 22nd goal of the league campaign.
After the break, Patricio tipped Kane's effort on to the post before Dele Alli struck the other post on the rebound.
Spurs doubled their lead on 62 minutes when Gareth Bale’s shot was saved and Hojbjerg pounced from close range.
Victory puts Spurs into sixth place on 59 points, above West Ham on goal difference.
A first defeat in three keeps Wolves on 45 points in 12th.
