Wolverhampton Wanderers missed out on home advantage in the semi-finals due to a late equaliser in their final match of the regular season.
Goals from Owen Hesketh and Conor Carty put them 2-1 up at home against Reading, but Royals forward Femi Azeez levelled in the 85th minute with his second strike of the match.
That goal means Wolves must travel to Crystal Palace's Selhurst Park for their semi-final tie instead of hosting them at Molineux.
