Goals from Neal Maupay and Danny Welbeck earned a 2-1 home win over Leicester City to take Brighton & Hove Albion up to fourth in the table.
Brighton went ahead on 35 minutes when Maupay sent Kasper Schmeichel the wrong way with a penalty kick after a Video Assistant Referee review confirmed that Shane Duffy's header had hit Jannik Vestergaard's arm.
Welbeck made it 2-0 five minutes into the second half with a glancing header from Leandro Trossard's delivery.
But Leicester pulled a goal back on 61 minutes when Jamie Vardy, making a club-record 250th Premier League appearance, converted Youri Tielemans' superb cross following a slick move.
Leicester twice thought they had levelled, through substitute Ademola Lookman and Wilfred Ndidi, but both were disallowed as Harvey Barnes was ruled offside for obscuring the view of goalkeeper Robert Sanchez on both occasions.
Victory lifts Brighton up to fourth, one point off leaders Chelsea. Leicester drop to 12th.
