Andros Townsend and Abdoulaye Doucoure scored in either half as Everton beat Norwich City 2-0 at Goodison Park.
Everton were on top early on as Townsend drew a save from Tim Krul on 19 minutes.
The hosts were awarded a penalty on 29 minutes after a VAR review found Ozan Kabak had fouled Allan. Townsend converted to give Everton the lead.
Norwich's first chance came at the end of the first half when Mathias Normann's shot was saved by Jordan Pickford.
The Canaries improved after the break, with Normann drawing another save before Ben Gibson had a header blocked.
Doucoure secured Everton’s win on 77 minutes when he slotted past Krul from Demarai Gray’s assist.
Everton move up to fifth with 13 points. Norwich remain bottom of the table without a point after a 16th Premier League defeat in a row.
