Rodrigo scored in the fourth minute of stoppage time to earn Leeds United a 1-1 draw against Wolverhampton Wanderers and deny the visitors a fourth consecutive victory.
Hwang Hee-chan opened the scoring after 10 minutes at Elland Road, reacting quickest to a loose ball from Raul Jimenez's shot.
Raphinha was Leeds' main threat in the first half, forcing Jose Sa into a save before curling an effort narrowly wide. But on 54 minutes the Brazilian was forced off with an injury.
Leeds continued their search for an equaliser, with Joe Gelhardt denied by Sa in the 79th minute, but the substitute's fine skill won a foul by Nelson Semedo in added time.
Rodrigo sent Sa the wrong way from the resultant penalty, leaving Wolves in 10th place on 13 points. Leeds stay 17th with seven points.
