A new role as centre-forward for Sadio Mane has given Liverpool a boost up front ahead of Sunday's Merseyside derby, says Ian Wright.
Jurgen Klopp put Mane in a central role up front to replace the injured Roberto Firmino against Watford in midweek.
The tactical move by the Liverpool manager paid dividends with the Senegalese scoring twice in the opening 20 minutes in a 5-0 victory at Anfield.
Wright was impressed with Mane and how by staying high it brought a new dimension to the way Liverpool attack.

"When you look at the way Mane played in that game, it's a totally different way to Firmino," the former Arsenal striker said.
"The way he linked up the play was a different way for Liverpool to attack a team.
"Firmino does come a lot deeper but Mane stayed in areas where he could bring the team on to him and it really worked for Liverpool the other day."
