West Ham United remain without left-back duo Arthur Masuaku and Aaron Cresswell, though the latter is expected back in action after the international break. 

Havard Nordtveit is a doubt and could join Andre Ayew and Andy Carroll on the sidlines. 

Fabio Da Silva is back in training for Middlesbrough, while James Husband will step up his rehabilitation from a dislocated shoulder in the Premier League Cup next week.

Grant Leadbitter "is improving a lot", Aitor Karanka has confirmed, but is still unavailable.
