Alan Shearer said a magnificent midfield performance by Manchester City was the inspiration for their 2-0 victory at Manchester United on Wednesday.
Bernardo Silva, deployed alongside David Silva and Ilkay Gundogan in midfield, scored the opener on 54 minutes.
Substitute Leroy Sane wrapped up the win that returned City to the top of the Premier League table, one point above Liverpool with three matches left.
"You look at the three in midfield, they had the two Silvas and Gundogan sitting, and it looked pretty light," PL Champion Shearer said.
"It might look light but I tell you what the ability these guys had in receiving the ball under pressure, being able to handle the ball under pressure, no panicking whatsoever.
"They draw you in, they play those little passes around you and they play it forward, and when Sane came on he gave them a bit of width and pace, and they couldn't handle him.
"It was a magnificent performance in the second half."
