Lucas Moura scored in the sixth minute of stoppage time as Tottenham Hotspur completed an extraordinary comeback against Ajax to reach a first UEFA Champions League final in an all-Premier League affair against Liverpool.
Leading 1-0 from the semi-final, first leg, Ajax extended it to 3-0 on aggregate with first-half goals from Matthijs de Ligt and Hakim Ziyech.
Spurs fought back after the break and Lucas gave the visitors hope with two goals in four minutes.
Both Ajax and Spurs hit the woodwork in a thrilling finale.
And just as it looked as if the tie would be going Ajax's way, Lucas collected Dele Alli's pass to sweep the ball home for his hat-trick with one of the last kicks of the match.
The win on away-goals means Spurs take on Liverpoolin the Madrid final on 1 June.
It will be the second all-Premier League UEFA Champions League final, after Manchester United beat Chelsea on penalties in 2007/08.
Spurs complete their Premier League campaign against Everton on Sunday, knowing they have all but secured a top-four finish.
Chelsea and Arsenal will look to make the UEFA Europa League final another all-Premier League affair when they play their semi-final, second-leg ties on Thursday evening.
