Watford have broken their club transfer record to secure the signing of Ismaila Sarr from Rennes.
The 21-year-old winger has arrived at Vicarage Road on a five-year deal for an undisclosed fee.
The Senegal international, who began his career at Metz, made 32 Ligue 1 appearances last season, scoring eight goals.
He also represented his country in the Africa Cup of Nations and helped them reach the final last month, where they lost to Algeria.
Sarr becomes Watford's fourth summer signing following the arrivals of Danny Welbeck, Craig Dawson and Tom Dele-Bashiru and will wear the No 23 shirt for the Hornets this season.
Watford begin their 2019/20 Premier League campaign at home to Brighton & Hove Albion on Saturday.
