Chris Wilder’s decision to bring on Oliver McBurnie was immediately rewarded, with the substitute heading in George Baldock’s 62nd-minute cross.

Leicester restored their lead when substitute Harvey Barnes drilled a stunning half-volley from a cleared corner.

John Lundstram was denied from point-blank range by Kasper Schmeichel as the Foxes held on to claim their first win of the season.
