Pep Guardiola has confirmed that although his Manchester City players avoided injury during the international break, a few individuals are feeling the effects of fatigue.

"All the players came back good," Guardiola told mancity.com prior to Saturday's match at Crystal Palace.

"The players who played 90 minutes are tired, especially the South American players. But they are fit, not injured, and that is the most important thing."

It could mean that City rotate their squad for the trip to Selhurst Park, with Bacary Sagna pushing for a recall after five weeks out with a hamstring strain.
