Tottenham Hotspur's Danny Rose, Christian Eriksen, Mousa Dembele and Vincent Janssen have recovered from knocks and are available for the visit of West Ham United on Saturday evening.
Harry Kane has also been passed fit but Dele Alli (knee) is a doubt and Toby Alderweireld (knee), Erik Lamela (hip) and Ben Davies (ankle) are all still injured.
"We need to assess him tomorrow (Friday) but we are very happy with how he is recovering," Pochettino told tottenhamhotspur.com of Alli. "For Toby, Ben and Lamela, we expect them to need more time to be available to play."
"It’s another derby where we need to be ready to compete."
