Toby Alderweireld has recovered from a knee injury sustained in Matchweek 8 and could return for Tottenham Hotspur's home match against Swansea City.
The Belgian has missed the last five Premier League fixtures after hobbling off in the 1-1 draw at West Bromwich Albion on October 15, with Spurs keeping only one clean sheet in his absence.
"Toby has been training with the team and we need to assess him to see if he’s ready or not," Mauricio Pochettino told tottenhamhotspur.com. "It will be difficult but he’s very close."

Erik Lamela (hip) and Ben Davies (ankle) are still out for the hosts, who have never lost against Saturday's opponents in the Premier League (W8 D2), while Spurs have been boosted by the news that Jan Vertonghen and Harry Kane have both signed new deals with the club.
