Shae Hutchinson scored in each half as Norwich City earned a 2-1 home win over 10-man Aston Villa in Premier League 2 Division 2.
The 19-year-old forward put the Canaries ahead in the third minute after a counter-attack.
Cameron Archer levelled from close range two minutes before half-time, netting his fourth PL2 goal of the season.
But Villa's Ben Guy was sent off in the 71st minute and Norwich made their numerical advantage count three minutes later as Hutchinson struck the winner.
A third successive win takes Norwich up to eighth on 17 points. Villa drop to fifth on 22 points.
