Thomas Allan's early goal set Newcastle United on their way to a 2-0 win over Sunderland in Premier League 2 Division 2.
With just two minutes played, Allan (pictured) gave Newcastle the lead at St James' Park with his 14th goal of the season.
Newcastle doubled their advantage on 71 minutes, as Rosaire Longelo's cross was headed in by Yannick Toure, before Elias Sorensen and Jack Bainbridge were shown red in stoppage time.
A second consecutive Division 2 victory moves Newcastle seventh on 22 points, one point behind fifth-placed Middlesbrough, who occupy the final playoff position.
Sunderland stay bottom on one point.
