Choosing a captain is one of the hardest skills of Fantasy Premier League but such is the reliability of Mohamed Salah (£12.2m) that managers should not even give it a second thought.
That is the opinion of FPL expert Gianni Buttice, who in the latest FPL Show suggests putting the armband on Liverpool's prolific midfielder every single Gameweek.
"He looks like he can score at any given time," says Buttice.
"If you go for the Salah captaincy every Gameweek from one to 38 he will probably get you more captaincy points than you end up getting by flip-flopping."
While not quite going that far, Danny Jamieson agrees that Salah should be a nailed-on inclusion in anyone's team despite the champions' shock 7-2 defeat at Aston Villa in Gameweek 4.
"He's scored five in four already, he's got 32, 22 and 19 goals in his three seasons," Jamieson says. "Why is anyone doubting him?
"He had two shots against Aston Villa, scored them both. Don't overthink it."
