The Scout is tipping five players to produce big points in Gameweek 7 of Fantasy Premier League.

Sadio Mane (LIV) £12.0m

The Liverpool winger extended his strong start to 2020/21 FPL with two assists at home to Sheffield United on Saturday.

Mane has blanked only once in his five Gameweek appearances this season, totalling 39 points.

He has scored against Chelsea, Arsenal and Everton so far.

Despite his early-season form, Mane has been largely overlooked by FPL managers.

He can be found in only 9.4 per cent of squads, compared with the 47.7 per cent of his team-mate Mohamed Salah (£12.4m).

Better than Salah?

Mane has outperformed the Egyptian in recent matches, taking 37 points to Salah's 17 in their last four Gameweek appearances together.

The underlying numbers show Mane’s goal threat is improving this season.

He has had a shot every 22 minutes, bettering his average of 35.8 minutes in 2019/20.

Furthermore, his total of eight big chances ranks joint-top among all players in FPL this term.

Points return

A home encounter with West Ham United looks very promising for Mane’s prospects.

The Senegalese has a strong record against Liverpool's visitors, scoring four goals in their last three meetings at Anfield.

West Ham, meanwhile, conceded three goals at Tottenham Hotspur in their last away match.

Mane looks set to deliver points yet again, providing managers with a big option for the captaincy in Gameweek 7.
