The Premier League Primary Stars resources have lots of learning activities available for families to use, with many of them focused on health and wellbeing.
These include eight simple steps you can get your kids to follow in 2021 that can help to make a positive difference to their daily routines as well as to those around them.
These eight steps are:
- physical activity
- talking to someone you trust
- offering help to others
- being honest and open
- encouraging others to share how they are feeling with you
- relaxing and focusing on yourself
- regular sleep
- keeping yourself and your belongings presentable
