Managers in Fantasy Premier League who had planned to sell Harry Kane (£11.0m) or Son Heung-min (£9.7m) for Gameweek 19 may now be reconsidering after the pair’s performances against Leeds United.
With Kane setting up Son’s strike in the 3-0 win, the duo have already equalled the Premier League record of 13 goal combinations for two players in a single season.

Kane and Son delivered a goal and assist apiece on Saturday, claiming 12 and 13 points respectively.
Son is currently the top-scoring player in FPL on 132 points, while Kane ranks third overall with 125 points.

Certainly, they will be heavily backed for Gameweek 18, when Spurs’ visit to Aston Villa is among only six matches to take place.
Many managers had then looked to move on Kane and Son ahead of Gameweek 19, when Spurs have just one fixture.
This was mainly because premium options from sides such as Leicester City, Liverpool, Manchester City and Manchester United all play twice in Gameweek 19.
The likes of Mohamed Salah (£12.6m), Bruno Fernandes (£11.2m) and Kevin De Bruyne (£11.6m) will be major targets in midfield, while Leicester frontman Jamie Vardy (£10.2m) will also be a favoured pick.
Time to reconsider?
However, Kane and Son’s ability to deliver explosive hauls is likely to force many owners to think twice before parting company with either player.
Furthermore, Spurs’ Gameweek 19 fixture is against bottom-of-the-table Sheffield United, who are the only side yet to claim a clean sheet this season.
Although it is usually logical to back players who have two matches in a Double Gameweek, Kane and Son have shown they have the form to punish any sellers at Bramall Lane.
