Living with a long-term health condition or disability can bring its own set of challenges, but the value of exercise is just as relevant.

To improve your health and muscle strength, the NHS Live Well hub offers tips and ideas for those with a disability, including activities that can be built into daily life in lockdown such as exercise in front of the TV or trying an online video workout.

The hub tells you how to get involved in activities such as archery or wheelchair basketball, which you can explore as COVID-19 restrictions are lifted.

Manchester City's community coaches provide a range of activities for people with disabilities across the local community, and they have provided useful exercises for those they cannot reach under the present restrictions.
