Michael "MP9Mike" Pereira (CRY)
This is Michael's ePL debut and the PE student from Jersey is looking forward to the challenge, along with the online social interaction.
The 21-year-old has only been gaming competitively since FIFA 20 and streams on Twitch, which he says increases his motivation because the longer he is on a game for, the more he can chat!
Get to know Michael
What has been the most exciting thing about competing in ePL so far?
Representing Crystal Palace is huge, and I am immensely proud.
Who are your favourite players in FIFA 21?
My favourite player in FIFA 21 is Cristiano Ronaldo, and my favourite Premier League player in the game has to be Bruno Fernandes.
Which team would you most like to beat in the final? Which FIFA player is your biggest rival?
Manchester United because I am Liverpool fan at heart. I don’t have any rivals but the player to beat is Hashtag Tom.
Talk us through your most memorable moment on the way to the finals in this year’s competition?
In qualifiers my most memorable game was the final, where I went 3-1 down in the first leg and won the second leg 3-0.
What would it mean for you to win the ePL title?
It would be absolutely incredible, not only for my confidence and showing I can perform, but I would use the money to help my family.
