Leighton Clarkson's late goal earned Liverpool a 2-2 draw at Blackburn Rovers and confirmed Manchester City as Division 1 champions.
Clarkson struck in the 87th minute after Isaac Whitehall had twice put Blackburn ahead, leaving second-placed Rovers 10 points behind Man City with only three matches left.
Liverpool stay fifth, six points behind Blackburn.
