Jamie Andrews scored with 12 minutes left to play as West Brom claimed a 2-2 draw with Norwich in Division 2.
Jovan Malcolm had given West Brom an early lead only for Matthew Dennis to score twice in three minutes for Norwich.
West Brom remain bottom on 22 points, three points behind Norwich in 11th.
