Everton have confirmed the appointment of Frank Lampard as their new manager.
The 43-year-old succeeds Rafael Benitez at Goodison Park after agreeing a two-and-a-half-year contract with the club.
"It is a huge honour for me to represent and manage a club the size and tradition of Everton football club," Lampard told the club's official website.
"I'm very hungry to get started. After speaking to the owner, chairman and the board, I very much felt their passion and ambition. I hope they felt my ambition and how hard I want to work to bring it together."

The new manager's backroom team will consist of Joe Edwards as assistant manager, Paul Clement as first-team coach and Chris Jones as first-team coach and head of performance.
It is Lampard's second spell in charge of a Premier League club. having previously taken charge of Chelsea for an 18-month period from 2019.
Lampard guided the London side to a fourth-placed finish in 2019/20, earning a nomination for the Barclays Manager of the Season award, while his side were also runners-up in the FA Cup.
He was also named Barclays Manager of the Month in October 2019.

He made 609 Premier League appearances, including spells at West Ham United and Manchester City, and scored 177 Premier League goals, the most by a midfielder.
Lampard takes over an Everton side sitting four points above the relegation zone and his first two matches are against fellow bottom-six sides, Newcastle United and Leeds United.
