The Scout's panel of experts give their verdicts on who managers should captain ahead of the Fantasy Premier League Double Gameweek 29 deadline of 11:00 GMT on Saturday 12 March.

With the Triple Captain chip still to play, I'm taking the opportunity to give it to Mohamed Salah (£13.2m). Hopefully he bags another Double Gameweek monster haul!
Ben Crabtree (@FC_CrabDogg)
If I buy Son Heung-min (£10.8m) I will captain him as I think he has good fixtures for his strengths. But at the moment Harry Kane (£12.3m) has the armband, given his great form.

Kane is in form but Salah is Salah and I will give him the captaincy.

Despite Kane being in a good moment, it's impossible to look past Salah with a Double Gameweek. The "Egyptian King" gets my armband.
Sam Bonfield (@FPLFamily)
Kane is the standout captaincy pick for me this weekend. He has returned two double-digit hauls in his last three Premier League matches at Old Trafford, as well as returning in four of his last five Premier League meetings with Brighton & Hove Albion. As a non-Kane owner, however, I will likely trust Salah with the armband.
