Ollie Watkins (£7.5m) is proving a popular pick for managers on Free Hit chips in Double Gameweek 37 of Fantasy Premier League.

The forward scored his third goal in five matches in Aston Villa’s win at Burnley at the weekend, collecting 27 points in that period.

Watkins has earned 22,000+ new owners for Villa's home matches with Crystal Palace and Burnley, the fifth most-bought player in DGW37.

The Free Hit is currently the most active chip, played by 39,000 managers.

Watkins' appeal was boosted after Philippe Coutinho (£7.1m) was benched in the 3-1 victory at Turf Moor, suggesting the Brazilian will share minutes with Emiliano Buendia (£6.1m) over the run-in.

Matty Cash's (£5.3m) multiple routes to returns make him Villa's standout pick at the back.

He is their top-scoring player since Steven Gerrard took charge, totalling 93 points thanks to two goals, three assists and nine clean sheets.

Everton alternatives

Everton and Crystal Palace are also in form ahead of their DGW37s.

The Toffees' relegation battle gives them extra motivation at home to Brentford and Palace.

At the back, Jordan Pickford (£4.8m) has 21 points in his last three at Goodison Park, while Mason Holgate (£4.2m) and Vitalii Mykolenko (£4.9m) both scored in the win at Leicester City last weekend.

Anthony Gordon (£4.7m) is a handy budget-friendly option for managers on Bench Boost chips, with Richarlison (£7.5m) the in-form attacker.

The Brazilian has been involved in 75 per cent of their goals when selected in the last six Gameweeks, scoring four and assisting one.

Look to Palace

Managers should perhaps be more wary of investing in Palace, with Patrick Vieira rotating more freely as his side sit in 10th position.

Wilfried Zaha (£6.8m) has seven goals in his last 10 matches, while centre-back Joachim Andersen (£4.6m) has two assists, three clean sheets and five bonus points in his previous six.
