Being Chelsea manager is the hardest job in football, says Graham Potter.
Potter takes his team to Fulham this evening on the back of only six points from a possible 24 that have left Chelsea in 10th.

The summer brought much transition at Stamford Bridge, with a new owner, new directors and a new head coach, Potter replacing Thomas Tuchel in September 2022.
That upheaval has made Potter’s task more difficult, he believes, as well as a spate of injuries to first-team players.
"Change is challenging in any organization," Potter said. "I think this is probably the hardest job in football because of that leadership change and because of the expectations and because of rightly where people see Chelsea.
"And obviously I didn't think we would lose 10 first-team players [to injury] as well.”
But Potter revealed that by involving the experienced players in the squad, such as Cesar Azpilicueta, Jorginho, Thiago Silva and Mateo Kovacic, fortunes at Chelsea will turn.
"I spoke at length on Tuesday with Thiago, with Azpi, with Jorgi, with Kova, a really good conversation,” Potter told Chelsea’s official website.
“They showed their qualities as people again. They’re honest. They articulate their concerns well, they articulate their positivity, they articulate their responsibility. That’s why I think we are in a place where we can move forward."
