The winger earned Crystal Palace a late point at Selhurst Park with a dipping set-piece that flew over the wall and crashed in off the crossbar.
It gives Olise, 21, a first-ever Premier League monthly award. He is the first Palace player to win one since Wilfried Zaha won the same award for his goal at Norwich City in February of last year.
The Frenchman's effort was chosen by a panel of experts combined with a public vote, beating seven other contenders.
