Jurgen Klopp says the top four is out of Liverpool's hands and that his team must focus on qualifying for the UEFA Europa League or Europa Conference League.

Saturday's 3-2 home win over Nottingham Forest took the Reds up to seventh place, one point behind sixth-placed Aston Villa and three behind fifth-placed Tottenham Hotspur.

"Top four in the moment we have nothing to do [with], we will see how that looks in a few weeks," said Klopp.
"For us the three options is no European football, [UEFA Europa] Conference League, or European [sic] League. That's the two things we can fight for. The rest we have no influence.
"If the teams above us win everything then we just watch, so that's not in my mind.
"It's really [we need to] take it game by game, try to win another one. We have the next one coming up with West Ham, which is super tough. West Ham fights for absolutely everything.

"We can watch them tomorrow and go from there, but it will be tough again and that's what we are concerned about."
Crucially, Liverpool will host both Aston Villa and Spurs during the run-in, in addition to two others fixtures at Anfield, where they have fared well this season.

As Klopp pointed out, Wednesday's trip to West Ham is set to be a challenging one.
