Pep Guardiola is hoping insider knowledge from a former Arsenal player can help mastermind a rare victory for Manchester City at Emirates Stadium on Sunday.
Mikel Arteta ended his career in the summer after five seasons in north London to join City’s coaching staff.
“He is helping me a lot,” Guardiola said of Arteta.
“He knows the players individually, he knows Arsene Wenger, he knows what we are facing on Sunday and he has already warned me it is going to be a really tough game.”
