Liverpool completed a deal for Stuttgart's Wataru Endo on Friday, having already bolstered their midfield with the signings of Dominik Szoboszlai and Alexis Mac Allister.
“The window is open and until then pretty much everything can happen,” said Klopp in his press conference ahead of the Reds' home match against AFC Bournemouth.
“Incomings, there is still time, so let’s have a look and that’s what we will do.”
Liverpool were heavily linked with Moises Caicedo and Romeo Lavia before both players moved to Chelsea.
“There’s absolutely nothing to say about that," he added. "The transfer business is like that, you talk to people - agents, players, clubs – and sometimes it works and sometimes not.”
Positive about Endo
Speaking about Liverpool's latest acquisition, Klopp is clearly a big fan of 30-year-old Endo.
“Tactically he’s really smart, closing down the right gaps and players," he said. "On top of that he’s got a big heart, desire, he’s a really good package. I’m really happy.”
While Endo may not feature against Bournemouth, Klopp did provide an update on two other midfielders.
“Endo is now in and he’s allowed to train this afternoon. If he’s allowed to participate in the game tomorrow, I don’t know, we will see," said Klopp.
“On top of that, Stefan Bajcetic, [is] really close, but not there yet. Obviously we really count on him.
“Thiago Alcantara the same – slightly similar profile, obviously much more experienced as well, but not there yet.”
