The Arsenal winger has delivered attacking returns in all four of his league appearances at Emirates Stadium this season, scoring three goals and supplying two assists.
Sheff Utd, meanwhile, have conceded at least twice in each of their last eight matches.
Saka is joined by team-mates Gabriel (£4.7m) and Martin Odegaard (£8.5m) in a side that lines up in a 3-5-2 formation, with Mohamed Salah (£12.8m) handed the armband and Ollie Watkins (£8.3m) named vice-captain.
That means there’s no place for Erling Haaland (£14.0m) in the Scout Selection for the first time this season.

Alphonse Areola (West Ham) £4.2m
The West Ham United goalkeeper offers multiple routes to returns against Everton this weekend. Areola has averaged 5.3 points per home match, combining a clean sheet with four save points, two bonus points and a penalty save.
Kieran Trippier (Newcastle) £7.0m
Newcastle United’s captain visits Wolverhampton Wanderers in his best form of the season. Trippier has climbed to the top of the defender standings on the back of three double-figure hauls in the last four Gameweeks, claiming 46 points in that run.
Pedro Porro (Spurs) £5.2m
Tottenham Hotspur’s right-back can produce more returns at both ends of the pitch against Crystal Palace. Porro has blanked in only two of his eight starts in 2023/24, supplying two assists and collecting four clean sheets.
Gabriel (Arsenal) £4.7m
Arsenal’s Brazilian has two clean sheets and 15 points over the last three Gameweeks. Gabriel’s aerial threat will be a major weapon against Sheff Utd, who have conceded league-high totals of 40 headed shots and 51 shots from set-pieces.

Mohamed Salah (Liverpool) £12.8m
Four double-figure hauls in the last five Gameweeks have taken the Liverpool star to the top of the player standings on 75 points. Salah has averaged 9.8 points per home match and has yet to blank at Anfield in the league ahead of a visit from Nottingham Forest.
Son Heung-min (Spurs) £9.5m
The South Korean has averaged 10.0 points per match since being moved up front by Ange Postecoglou in Gameweek 4. Son’s total of 60 points in that period places him joint-top with Salah among all players in Fantasy.

Bukayo Saka (Arsenal) £8.5m
An average of 8.8 points per home match this season highlights Saka's credentials as a captaincy option for Gameweek 10.
Martin Odegaard (Arsenal) £8.5m
The Norwegian’s displays against promoted clubs last season suggest he can thrive at home to Sheff Utd. Odegaard totalled 47 points in such matches in 2022/23, joint-top among all players in Fantasy.
Jarrod Bowen (West Ham) £7.4m
His strike against Aston Villa in Gameweek 9 means he has already matched his total of six goals from the whole of last season. Bowen’s 26 shots, 20 shots in the box, seven big chances and 13 shots on target are all more than any West Ham team-mate.
