Eberechi Eze has signed a new three-and-a-half year contract with Crystal Palace.
Eze is a key part of Roy Hodgson's squad and has excelled under him since the 76-year-old returned at the end of last season.
“I’m delighted to have signed for the club for another three-and-a-half years,” Eze told the club's website.
“I’m now in my fourth season with the club and I’ve enjoyed it so far. I’m loving every moment. Hopefully the fans can expect more of the same in the future, God willing – I’m praying for exciting performances, fun times, goals and wins.”
Chairman Steve Parish added; “As an England international and proven performer at Premier League level, his talents are well-known, but he also brings with that an exemplary mentality and character in everything he does.
“There is so much to admire about him as a young footballer and a young man, and his new contract is just reward for his performances and impact on the team. It is absolutely fantastic news for everybody associated with our club.”
Eze, born in Greenwich, south London, scored six times and provided an assist in the final 10 matches of the 2022/23 Premier League season and this form earned him a first England cap against Malta in June 2023.
Since joining from Queens Park Rangers in August 2020, Eze has played 93 times in the Premier League, scoring 16 goals and providing 12 assists.
The 25-year-old missed Palace's last three league matches due to a hamstring injury, but returned in their 2-0 win against Burnley last Saturday and produced an assist.
In addition to Eze signing a new deal, his team-mates Michael Olise, Sam Johnstone and Jordan Ayew have also put pen to paper.
Palace currently sit in 11th place in the league table and are aiming for successive wins as they face Everton at Selhurst Park on Saturday.
