This festive season, Premier League clubs have continued their commitment to supporting their communities with visits to hospitals and other places helping people.

Around 150 people were invited to Chelsea's long-running Christmas lunch at Stamford Bridge, provided in partnership with Chelsea Methodist Church, which gives year-round support for those in need through their community drop-in centre on King’s Road.
After the meal chefs packed up any leftovers for the guests to take home and share with others, while everyone left with a gift bag full of items, including warm clothing from the Chelsea Megastore and sanitary products provided by Unilever.
Former Chelsea midfielder Mason Mount now at Manchester United made a visit to Timperley Nursing Home, where he chatted with residents. Members of United's women's team including Lionesses star Ella Toone shared gifts with youngsters at Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital.
