Pundits predict who will win the title, finish in the top four, be relegated, be the top goalscorer, and be the 2023/24 Premier League Player of the Season.
Who will be champions?
Michael Owen: Manchester City. Pep Guardiola is an exceptional manager and City have the best squad. They always finish the season strongly so they won't be worried about being behind at this stage, and they have a game in hand on the rest of the top five teams. I think they will scoop the two big ones again and be crowed the champions in the Premier League and Champions League.
Karen Carney: Man City. I said it at the start of the season so I won’t change. Teams won’t have a better chance to beat them than this season, but what has happened the last few weeks has invited City right back into the frame after a little bit of an unfamiliar stutter. Liverpool will push them.
Matt Holland: Man City. The return of Kevin De Bruyne and Erling Haaland, and a favourable fixture list in January and February mean they are poised to have a good run. They know how to be at top form in the second half of the season.
Leon Osman: Man City. They’re on the heels of the teams around them already. Liverpool will run them closest.
Darren Bent: Man City. The experience and the squad they have, I can't back against them.
Don Hutchison: Man City. Too much know-how, and KDB and Haaland are coming back.
